Refund Policy

  1. We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 Days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.

    2. Refunds against the order placed during the lockdown period will be initiated after our services get resumed by deducting the convenience fee (if any).

    3. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

JONSBO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if system building is started.

    2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the JONSBO INDIA PVT. LTD.marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

    3. JONSBO INDIA PVT. LTD.does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

    4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

    5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products) –

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered BlueDart / FedEx Courier Services. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. JONSBO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED PVT.LTD is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). JONSBO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED PVT.LTD is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
